Do we have to mix serum with the cream?

Not necessarily, to achieve your desired result, you can add one to two bottles to your lotion.

How quickly will I notice a difference in my skin colour and texture?” number

You will notice a visible difference within 2-3 weeks of using any Michele care product range. The product contains no chemical so it’s not a fast action cream that ends up damaging the skin.

Our hair is 100% virgin hair it can be dyed into any colour of choice and if well taken care of can lasts up to 5 years depending on the grade you purchase.

Are your wigs pre-made or custom made?

We sell both depending on customer’s preference

How quickly will the hair be delivered?

The hair will be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch and if needed urgently a next day delivery option is available on the website.

Can you make a wigs considering head measurement?

Absolutely. Send us your request via the website and we would fulfil your request.

Can I return the hair after purchase?

Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons we are not able to take back hair that has been dispatched off to customers, all our hairs are top end quality so you won’t have any reason to return them quality wise.

Will your hair tangle?

All our hair are carefully sourced and we pride ourselves in selling 100% virgin hair which are cuticle aligned hence would never tangle. However it is advised to take care of them like your own hair.

How long will the hair last for?

Being a high quality mink hair, we can confidently say the hair would last for a minimum 2-5 years if properly taken care of.

How do I Change or Cancel my Order??

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel, or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to contact us up to 20 minutes after placing your order and make sure the total amount spent covers your new total without any excess to replace your order with your new choice before shipping off to you.
We may not be able to replace the order after 20 minutes!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?(DOMESTIC/ INTERNATIONAL)

There are three (2) ways to check the tracking information available for your package:
Depending shipping method selected at checkout:
1. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you’ll receive your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door. 
2. You may visit Royalmail.co.uk, dhl.co.uk and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.

I PLACED AND ORDER, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you do not receive an email from mamamialadieshaven within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder or could be the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
To check your orders, log into your account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing info@jajamine.co.uk 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
1. The item(s) sold out.
2. There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
• If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A COLOURED HAIR

Colour hair will take 7-10 working days to process but you will receive a dispatch notice once it ships

Non-Coloured hair will take 3-5 working days to process but you will receive a dispatch notice once it ships and if otherwise an email will be sent to you.

All our hair is 100% virgin hair and are celebrity type hair which you will never find anywhere else for the price it goes for.

CAN I RETURN MY CLOTHING IF IT DOESN’T FIT?

We recommend you check our size guide before making your purchase and if for any reason they don’t fit, please make sure you return them in their original condition and packaging for a replacement, if the condition of the returned product is not satisfactory, unfortunately we won’t be able to replace it.
