MLH FULFILLMENT PROCESS

For Wigs/Skin Care Products/ Clothing and Accessories

  1. You pay for your order (Via the website or directly with us)
  2. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
  3. The Processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. (More info below)
  4. After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created
  5. You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email or sent to you via Whatsapp.
  6. Your package is shipped off via Royal mail First class post (2-3 business days UK) (6-10 business days International) PROCESSING TIME (for Wigs)
    We will usually custom make your wig but in a situation whereby we do not have the particular hair in stock, due to your specification, this is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality control. It allows us to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email or whatsapp. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check your spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished depending on shipping class selected at checkout.

• (International) 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS via DHL/Royal mail/FedeX/Parcel Force/Hermes
• This time does not include the processing period
• Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.
 

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product (Wigs) and health and safety reasons, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? – Wigs. Wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date whereby the item haven’t left our premises.

. Where an order is being cancelled within 24 hours, an admin fee may be applied depending on the payment mode, direct bank transfer will NOT attract an admin charges in this case.
• Were refund is being processed an administrative charge of £15 will be applicable- (Clothing items).
• Clothing items can only be returned within 14 days for a replacement if they are still in their original package in good condition, i.e no smell of perfumes, body odour, stains e.t.c always contact us to get a return code and return address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing centre. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply in your destination country. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or understand the customs fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you can pick up your packages. Also, when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Free shipping/first class standard shipping: We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. And your our order will not be replaced.
• All Packages come with a Tracking number depending on shipping class you have selected at checkout. If you have selected a tracked shipping class at checkout, a tracking number will be provided. Royal Mail updates their system every time they put their hands on your package. We will not be responsible for lost package due to incorrect address or invalid address inadvertently provided at checkout, although we will try out best to resolve any issue but we are not promising as long as it’s not a system fault from our end.
• If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held/ book redelivery at your local Royal mail post office via www.royalmail.co.uk.

Governing Law, dispute resolution
