Returns & Refund policy

At MLH we operate 14 days free return when requesting for an exchange or store credit, but customers are responsible for the cost of return when requesting a refund.

To start a return process, your intention to return must be stated within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at quoting your order number. If your reason for return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return approval/code will not be accepted.

If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to accept the item(s).

Consumers are responsible for the cost of returning an item but if you are returning for an exchange, you may qualify for a return label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (new), unworn or unused, no smells or odour, with tags intact, unaltered, no makeup marks, no damages and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If these terms are not met, unfortunately your items will be rejected and if you’d like them sent back to you, it will be at your own cost.

Damages and issues
All damaged items must be reported within 2 working days, please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, SALE, custom products and underwear such as bra/pants, bodysuits and personal care goods.
Accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. (This includes SALE items!) Accessories include shoes, handbags, scarves, undergarments (leggings, biker shorts, etc) and jewelry. Sale items are considered 20% or more.

With the exception of insured orders up to £50 MLH Online is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen.



Send the item(s) back, once received we will inspect and send you a replacement or issue a STORE CREDIT in the equivalent of the total cost of the returned items. T&C may apply.

Irrespective of initial postage fee, if you are requesting a refund, you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and the administrative fee.

If you are in a hurry to receive your replacement item, once your return request is approved, make a separate order for the replacement item and a refund of the original item will be issued once it has been received and in a good condition as stated above.


1. Please review our return policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place in a shipping bag or box and INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER. Feel free to use the original bag you received the items in if possible and attach the return code. 

3. We recommend noting your tracking number for the items you are returning. You will receive an email once your store credit or refund has been issued. Please allow 2-4 business days for returns to be processed once we receive them. 


We have done our due diligence to ensure your shopping experience is pleasant but if for any reason you'd like a refund. Sure, we would issue a refund the original cost of the item(s), please send us an email at stating the reason for your return once your item is assessed and accepted the refund will the processed within 3-7 working days via the original payment method.


In the case that your order is returned to us as undeliverable, a courier return fee will be applied to your refund.

To avoid "return to sender situation" please double-check your address is correct before shipping we ship your order.
