Returns & Refund policy

We operate a 14 days return for exchange policy, return your items in its original condition for an exchange or a store voucher. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, Unfortunately we are unable to accept the item(s).

Consumers are responsible for cost of returning an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (new), unworn or unused, no smells or odour, with tags intact, unaltered, no makeup marks, no damages and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If these terms are not met, unfortunately your items will be rejected and if you’d like them sent back to you, it will be at your own cost.


To start a return process, please contact us at info@mlhonline.co.uk quoting your order number. If your reason for return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All damaged items must be reported within 2 working days, please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products and underwear such as bra/pants, and personal care goods.
Accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. (This includes FLASH SALE items!) Accessories include shoes, handbags, scarves, undergarments (leggings, biker shorts, etc) and jewelry. Sale items are considered 20% or more.

LOST/STOLEN ORDERS:

With the exception of insured orders MLH Online is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen. We would only be able mediate with the shipping company with questions regarding your package once it leaves our facility.

 

Exchanges

Send the item(s) back, once received we will inspect and send you a replacement or issue a STORE CREDIT in the equivalent of the total cost of the returned items. T&C may apply.

If the item was sent to you free of postage fee, you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

If you are in a hurry to recive your replacement item, once your return request is approved, make a separate order for the replacement item and a refund of the original item will be issued once it has been received and in a good condition as stated above.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place in a shipping bag or box and INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER. Feel free to use the original bag you received the items in if possible. 

3. We recommend noting your tracking number for the items you are returning. You will receive an email once your store credit or refund has been issued. Please allow 2-4 business days for returns to be processed once we receive them. 

 

Refunds
We hope that you love your new item(s) but if you’d like to return for an exchange or STORE VOUCHER, please send us an email at info@jajamine.co.uk stating the reason for your return. Also, for orders that haven't been dispatched, which you may like to cancel, we will notify you as soon as the refund is initiated and you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
