Shipping policy


Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping method.

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • Our order processing time is 1- 3 days (Mon-Fri). There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, pre-orders, and mail exceptions beyond our control.
  • You will receive another order dispatch email and your tracking number will be included in this email.
  • FREE Shipping on any orders over £70 (Subject to change depending on current promotion).
  • Next day shipping will be dispatched the same day providing you order before 12pm the same day if not it will ship the next day and may take 1-2 days to get to you after dispatch, GMT time zone.
  • Shipping cost for any orders less than £70 will apply.
  • If a pre-order item and an in-stock item are purchased in the same order, we will wait to ship both together. If you would like to pay separate shipping so your in-stock item will be shipped immediately, please send us an email at
  • Your package is shipped off via Royal mail 24 or 48 hours service depending on your choice at checkout (3-10 business days International)
  • Express Shipping: Shipment to US is faster with DHL which may be delivered in 1-2 days on a maximum or 3 days if there are delays, excluding our order processing time of 1-3 working days.
  • Standard Free shipping: Standard FREE shipping may take 2-4 days to arrive (Mon-Fri) after dispatch. This FREE Shipping is for any orders at least £70 or over. 
  • Your package will be delivered to your neighbour or a nominated safe place if you are not available, if there is no safe place, an attempt to redeliver will be made up to 3 times before it is returned at an additional cost to you.

Package Protection

Package protection is powered by ShipAid. You have no worries when you protect your order at checkout.

With ShipAid, an optional, small percentage is added to your cart. This fee helps us cover the cost to refund or replace your order in case of damage, theft or loss to your package.

Keep in mind, we pack every shipment with appropriate packaging to ensure they can withstand pressure while in transit but factors out of our control might impact that.

If you are concerned about any loss, damage or theft about your delivery, just reach out to us at within 48 hours or receiving your package.  With ShipAid Protection, we'll review your claim and deal with it 100%.
