We operate a 14 days return for exchange policy, return your items in its original condition for an exchange or a store voucher. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, Unfortunately we are unable to accept the item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Consumers are responsible for cost of returning an item.
To start a return process, you can contact us at email@example.com quoting your order number. If your reason for return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products and underwear such as wigs and bra/pants, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Send the item(s) back, once received we will send a store VOUCHER in the equivalent of the total cost of the returned items. T&C may apply.
If the item was sent to you free of postage fee, you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
We are always doing our best to make sure you absolutely love your item(s), in rare circumstances we would issue a refund for genuine reason for a return . We will notify you as soon as the refund is initiated and you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders is processed within 1- 2 days (Mon-Fri). There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, pre-orders, and mail exceptions beyond our control.
You will receive an Order dispatch email and your tracking number will be included in the email.

Next day shipping will be dispatched the same day providing you order before 12pm the same day if not it will ship the next day and may take 1-2 days to get to you after dispatch, GMT time zone.
£4.99 shipping cost for any orders less than £49.99 in a Standard free shipping.

Your package is shipped off via Hermes/TNT/DX/Royal mail First class post (2-3 business days for United Kingdom) ( 3-10 business days International)
Express Shipping: Shipment to US is faster may be delivered in 1-3 days on a maximum of 5 days if there are delays. The shipping cost is flat rate £10. The order processing time is 1-2 days.
Standard Free shipping: Standard FREE shipping may take 2-4 days to arrive (Mon-Fri). This FREE Shipping is for any orders over £70. The shipping cost is £4.99 for any orders less than £70.
Your package will be delivered to your neighbour or safe place if you are not available, if there is no safe place, an attempt to redeliver will be made up to 3 times before it is returned at an additional cost chargeable to you.
